This role is of a Senior Manager Networking.
- The Senior Manager will work closely with and manage the engineering staff in Hyderabad Development Center to support the goals and objectives of the business.
- This leader must be capable of working in a matrixes organization and coordinating the delivery of multiple outcomes concurrently.
- As a people leader first, and delivery manager second, this leader must build, inspire and lead the technical teams.
- You will be also responsible for the Network team is US and must be capable of independently driving against stated goals and objectives in a different time zone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Stays abreast of trends and advances in IT solutions and monitors changes in the operating environment that affect Network infrastructure
- Engages with business partners on projects to assess Network impact and help deliver secure solutions via various technologies and platforms
- Presents possible updates, recommendations, strategic opportunities to local & US leadership
- Automation : Drive simple and scalable approach to new technology solutions using automation to enable the organization to easily deploy and operate new features, capabilities and functionality
- Develops relationships with local business leaders
- Provides advice on a broad range of network technologies and strategies
- Experience with telecom and VoIP networks.
- Knowledge of data network architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols.
- Broad knowledge of LAN, WAN, voice and video technologies (e.g., routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, network and routing protocols, SDN, DNS, VoIP and their related traffic patterns).
- Proven success working across organizational and geographic boundaries
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
