- To assess the current capabilities and training needs across layers : SSM/SO/SE/TSIs/ASMs/RSMs/Central Sales Team
- Develop programs to enhance the teams- abilities and skills along with HR
- Implement the - Champion- program of sales call and - Train the Trainer- program of SSM/TSI /SO/SE capability building
- Adoption of Stockist and Super stockist selection criteria and auditing the data on a quarterly basis
- Adoption of Stockist Health Check dashboards on a yearly basis
- Drive the SFA, BoTree training and adoption
- Drive adoption and use of Stockist dashboards, gate meets
- Audit and train teams to improve their UPLR scores
- Drive adoption of - Day in the life- program at TSI/ASM/RSM levels
- Develop opening, objection handling and closing modules for various new products for sell in at retailer level
