Designation : Sr. Manager National Logisctic SCM  Mumbai Location : Mumbai  Job Profile:  The National Logistics Manager reports to GM - Supply Chain, both functionally and administratively.  He is accountable for all Domestic Logistics activities & CFA Management.  Principal Accountabilities:  - Execution of dispatch Plan: Conduct meetings with the Regional Managers to understand their Product Requirement and make dispatch plan for different depots. Ensure Vehicle arrangements for all dispatches and Real time tracking of Consignments.  - Transporters Management: Management of Primary and Secondary transportation contracts & negotiations along with Procurement team. Conduct Transporters appraisals and grade them. Ensure Road Safety.  - CFA Management: Ensure implementation of uniform CFA agreements pan India, control and compliances of all statutory requirements and Company Policies. Ensure integrity of inventory accuracy. Warehouse Space Management.  - Logistics Digitisation: Analyse and Optimize logistics processes to increase flexibility & efficiency for enhanced levels.  - Audits: Conduct periodical audits of C&FA to ensure compliances of all statutory requirements and Company Policies.  - People Management: Manage, coach & develop high performance team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best results, adds value & thrive for continuous improvement.  Key Decisions that the Role Holder in involved in:  - Decisions related to preparing dispatch plan and dispatch of materials to depots.  - Decision of transporter selection for primary and secondary dispatches.  - Passing of transporters bill, settling of invoices and reconciliation of account with transporters.  - Suggest optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.
