Senior Manager - Mutual Funds Operations

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational functioning across the Asset management business for Mutual Funds business

- Investor onboarding - Perform initial level world checks, KYC documents check. Co- ordinate with various RTA agents for investor on boarding

- Coordinate with Auditor for Statutory audit, Internal audit and PPM audit

- Fund Accounting: Calculation of NAV through fund accounting system / compute surrogate NAV

- Cash Management - Assist in cash management of various funds. Prepare and send cash transfer instructions for daily expenses / investments

- Assist in various regulatory compliances.

Income Tax: Advance Tax, FATCA Compliance, Form 64 D, TDS Payments / filing, Annual return

SEBI: SEBI AIF compliance, SEBI monthly / quarterly regulatory return preparation and filing, etc.

RBI: Filing form DI and form DPIIT intimation when investments are done, InVI report filing, Annual FLA return filing etc.

- Investor Servicing : Send SOA to Investors, solving Investor queries, provide investor specific reports

- Distributor Servicing: Assist distributor on boarding investor, Distributor query resolution

- Distributor payout computation
