Senior Manager - Mortgage Operations

Candidate Specification :

- Looking for dynamic leaders from BPOs / KPOs with relevant experience in leading service delivery of Mortgage operations.

- Should have led Mortgage operations in Underwriting / default Loss Mitigation / Pre and Foreclosures in US or UK or any International Mortgage Operations

- Should be a thorough Domain expert with good client management and People management skills.

- Should have been instrumental in Critical High and complex transitions, should have been in Process excellence portfolio and seamless service delivery operations Meeting Client SLAs and KPIs.

- The role of a Sr.Manager is to effectively manage day to day operations through proactive forecasting and capacity planning. Develop front line managers to taken on the additional responsibilities.

- Review process for risk, compliance & info sec failures and create mitigation plan. Implement and/or create a contingency plan if not already in place.

- Connect with associate and customer through various communication/feedback channels i.e. Skips, one on ones, VOC, ASAT etc to get an unbiased input of the pulse on floor.
