Role leads the following functions -

1. Digitization & implementation of digital roadmap

2. Customer engagement

3. Analytics

Major Responsibilities -

a. Process and Technology standardization

- Digitization of existing business processes - backend operations and technology

- Deliver a suitably differentiated customer experience in line with the brand promise across all channels of interaction

- Develop strong understanding of the target customer segments and "design" the experience & journey for these customers

b. Enable the channels (digital and physical) through technology

- Process and organizational changes to deliver a seamless and desired customer experience for all digital products and all transactions I interactions

- Continuously track digital innovations in the relevant space and work out suitable strategies to bring on board suitable innovations organically or inorganically as suitable

c. Nurture and grow the pipeline of Digital Talent

- Monitor operational performance and ensure quality of service delivery

- Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity & define & manage quality & productivity enhancement measures

d. Project Delivery and Ownership

- Project Management Skills and Delivering End to End Project with complete ownership

- Vendor/Partner Management.
