Justification for the position:

- MIS Financial reporting

- Coordinator for External audit as well as projects implementation

- Internal audit

Job Description :

MIS Financial reporting which includes :

- Monthly Sales reporting to FTYO

- Monthly Profit & Loss reporting to FTYO

- Monthly Balance sheet reporting to FTYO

- Quarterly Currency reporting

- Monthly FFAP reporting

- Any other report required

Play role of FFIN Internal auditor :

- Do internal audit and share observations with management on quarterly basis.

- Ensure closure of open observations in FTYO internal audit report and Internal audit report of FY 2014-15

- Getting queries clarified and timely update observations till closure

- Coordination with cross functions and arrange data as required by Statutory auditors on quarterly basis

Coordination for External /Statutory audit :

- Providing financial data as required

- Coordination with cross functions and arrange data as required by auditors

- Getting queries clarified and timely update observations till closure

Coordination for all projects in Software:

- Documentation of process note (current process and recommended process)

- Arranging users training

- Communication with all stakeholders

- Feedback sharing with IT team

- Go-live strategy preparation

- Timely update to management
