Senior Manager - Merchant Acquisition - SME/Emerging Enterprises Segments - NBFC

We have an urgent job opportunity with one of the leading NBFC as a Sr manager-Merchant Acquisition into Bangalore location.

Job Responsibility-

- Prospecting & signing-up of merchants in the SME & Emerging Enterprises Segments in various Merchant Categories by leading and motivating a small yet efficient DSA team in the designated territory.

- Field work to scope out profitable Merchant segments and relationships for offering the blended products & services offered by the company.

- Financial targets would be essentially focus on fee income revenues & bottom-line profits garnered from the merchants.

- Ongoing monitoring of business volumes submitted by merchants, and training/orienting merchants to avoid fraud risk are essential to ensure portfolio health is required.

- Regular portfolio review and deepening of existing relationships would be essential.

- Coordination and monitoring the activities of outsourced vendors with respect to terminal installation, deinstallation, merchant terminal service issues

- Pitching for Pos product to the existing portfolio and convert them into Pos merchants
