Senior Manager - Merchandising - Lingerie

- Coordinate with MIS team for sales analytical and understanding customer behavior.

- Conduct Seasonal launch and sending the stocks on timely fashion for all channels of business.

- Allocate stocks as per the research and making sure the product mix is as per the customer needs.

- Plan for promotions and coordinate with Sales Team, Designer Team, Sports Team and Factory .

- Plan for inventory optimization of high sell through products.

- Make sure that product is available as per the need and requirement of the customer.

- Develop the existing product to capture market on season by understanding competitor analysis and customer requirement.

- Focus on the hand feel, additional benefit to the customer than the competitor.

- Adding the market trend by visiting the stores and getting feedback from the store team, which helps to capture the market share
