Responsibilities:
- Works with senior leaders and departmental heads and oversees strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution.
- Strategically manage operational aspects of the company, including enhancing corporate governance, increasing efficiency, and managing competing priorities.
- Act as a partner to executives, assisting in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Ideate and execute on improvements to org. structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures from efficiency and productivity perspectives.
- Understand and help with key initiatives reporting in to the MD
- Own internal communication plans for the organization
- Build strong relationships between staff, executives, senior leaders, and MD regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Direct daily operations by closely collaborating with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of tasks ranging from generating correspondence, maintaining project plans, following up on key initiatives with all business leaders, etc.,
- Identify new operational strategies and working with MD and executives on special projects.
- Maintain the operational rhythm of the business by building meeting agendas, capturing key insights and action items, and following up accordingly.
- Act as de facto subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
