Senior Manager - Master Data Management - KPO

Hiring for a leading KPO for the role of Senior Manager in MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT !!

Experience : Specific to Material Master Data from Finished goods / Semi Finished, Packaging, Raw Materials industry

Location : Noida

Shift : US Shifts

- Oversee the set-up and maintenance of master data across multiple departments

- Administer system changes, tests, and correct and track errors within the SAP database

- Troubleshoot client concerns and analyze / complete service requests to drive growth through NPD (New Product Development)

- Develop Training Material and standardized templates for data collection and upload

- Partner with IT to develop and improve processes and procedures

- Work cross-functionally with a number of departments to lead the design and implementation of automating the MDM/NPD Workflow

- Communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization, on updates, adds, transition and changes to the system and processes

- Ad-hoc assignments related to item data integrity and data maintenance
