Position : Senior Manager - Selection Planning & Analytics

Location : Bangalore, India

Position Background : This is a Business Intelligence charter under Selection team (Responsible for acquiring new selection, sellers etc. for MarketPlace). It is an extremely important chapter w.r.t. to e-commerce in general and Company in specific.

- Individual would be responsible for managing a team of 2 business analyst from excellent backgrounds.

- Role require healthy mix of strategy and planning wherein the candidate would be responsible for providing strategic direction for on-field team along-with target and strategy.

- Ensuring governance across multiple projects under the team and timely delivery of results/deliverables

- Target preparation factoring organization level priorities. Research mindset to identify new trends across country/world and providing insights to leadership.

- Coordinate with different stakeholders across BD Team, Catalogue, Product, Analytics, Engineering, et al.

- Being the Data Custodian for the function

Desired Competencies :

- MBA from top tier B-school with at least 3-6 years of experience

- Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions

- Strong Analytical bent of mind, leadership & problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders

- Strong bias for Action & have the ability to - get things done-

- Being able to deal with and thrive in an evolving environment, being able to deal with ambiguity

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
