Utility Segment - Senior Manager

Role purpose :

- To work with the vertical team in putting together and executing the overall Utility Payment .

- The strategy should be backed by customer insights in order to increase the Utility revenue and profitability & gain competitive share for the segment.

- To develop holistic understanding across TG- s, Category dynamics and distribution network insights & Understand Customer habits, needs and study existing / potential Utility Segment solutions

- Develop Utility market intelligence & insights from the perspective of Consumers Channels, Industry & Competition - Plan & execute GTM across channels & develop highly tailored content for product presentations, demonstrations and training - Product Pricing, Promotion and Target setting for channels

- Own Current year & Year on Year Revenue and customer targets for the Utility category

- To lead specific projects within the Utility Segment strategy that support new customer acquisitions and Utility share - Create synergies with Telco Segment Leads to create integrated product offerings

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Create along with the vertical team the annual Utility segment plan and strategic roadmap.

- Initiate and generate innovation ideas to drive new customer acquisitions along with consumer insights team.

- Lead and execute cross functional delivery projects on Utility segment specific acquisition and U&R projects.

- Support Marketing head and work with CVM team to define BTL/Upselling and retention strategy.

- Design GTM activities in line with the Utility segment strategy along with S&D /circles and Product and Services teams. Seek inputs on pricing and product development based on consumer insights to P&S team and decide on Pricing.

- Review and shape the communication plans working closely with Brand team to ensure that all ATL & BTL communication is in line with segment positioning and strategy

Key performance indicators :

- Utility Segment P&L and revenue market share targets

- YoY growth targets

- Innovation & Enablement of the Segment

- Project specific KPIs
