Senior Manager - Marketing
With a leading Telecom Company .
Location : Guwahati (Assam)
- To lead and drive the acquisition strategy with a focus on high quality subscriber base across the key segments of B2C (voice, data) by creating the right programs (product & promotion strategy) and leveraging the right distribution resources (channel structure & incentives)
- To ensure incremental revenue growth through increase in customer base across all product and customer segments
KRA:
- Drive customer acquisition in Mobile, Landline & Broadband businesses
- Drive quality of acquisition of new customers, new account penetration
- Lead the design of and execution of 'go to market' strategy for the entire product portfolio across the key customer segments while managing gross acquisition cost
- Enhance revenue through growth in customer base across all customer segments and product segments
- Drive and direct the implementation of strategies for ensuring sales force effectiveness
- Ensure appropriate utilization of Sales & Distribution budget, for Indirect and Alternate Channels
- Formulation & execution of tariff plans / trade schemes/ bundling offers
- Gross Acquisition Cost Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis
Sales & Distribution budget:
