- We have an opening for a Senior Marketing person (Senior Manager) in the Sales and Marketing function for the Professional Services (primarily for Assurance and Tax and to oversee FDI) segment as below:
- Large number of leads to be generated. To sustain and grow the current eco-system of organization (including multipliers).
- Develop new eco-system. Assist to achieve current revenue target gaps for professional services (Assurance and Tax).
- To hold and coordinate various professional services product campaigns.
- To interact with various relevant leaders and take them to market as necessary. Skill Set Required -. Must have a MBA Degree & experience in Marketing.
- Understanding of Tax and/or Assurance domain. Must be a relationship person and should have had past client wins.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak at events. Marketing blend of mind. Flair to deal internationally.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Meet/Interact with at least 6 organizations every week. Have meetings a month with the influencers (see indicative list below). Must generate at least 2 qualified leads a week (after probation). Speak at 5 to 6 events a year.
- Be able to drive at least 4 campaigns a year. Bring in 100 leads for professional services. Networking and Building Relationships with Influencers
- Domestic Law Firms. International Law Firms. International Accounting Firms. Family Offices. Wealth management companies. Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms. Industry Bodies and Associations. Bilateral Chamber of Commerce. Independent Directors. CFO Groups
