Job Description for the position of Sr. Manager- Marketing for Real-Estate developer Organization based at Gurgaon .

India is unique where 40 million homes will have to be built and sold to people within the next 10 years. Such numbers in such a short span of time have never been done in the history of mankind in any country.

Our company's goal is to sell homes to people who cannot dream of owning a home today. And we need to do this in very large numbers.

One of the main criteria to evaluate whether we have done a good job of marketing and sales is whether the home buyers are living in the home after buying. We want to actively steer clear from dormant investors.

We have delivered 400 homes across two locations and are currently in the process of delivering another 4500 homes across six locations.

Therefore, We are looking for someone who has a vision and the execution capability to market these homes appropriately. Conventional real estate marketing will not work. Blindly copying conventional FMCG marketing will not help either. It is a unique problem and therefore we are looking for an exceptional person to handle it.

Pre-requisites:

- Experience in developing high level marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization.

- Understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that will drive and increase sales and revenue.

- Understanding the importance of aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives.

Key Skills Needed:

- Should have rich knowledge of technology and business analytics capability to test and perform different marketing ideas.

- Should be very data-driven.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Strategic planning - Develop marketing strategies based on strong analytics (including on costs, conversion, retention, and ROI).

- Develop attractive marketing initiatives and promotional plans including events, industry partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty programs and getting the same executed within specified timelines.

- Branding - Drive brand and name recognition through focused, differentiated reach and positioning strategy.

- Provide proactive strategy recommendations for multiple digital channels, including websites, email, SEM, social media, and customer relationship programs.

- Content Designing- Designing marketing related content for website, social media, event material and other promotional material.

Experience - 4 plus years in marketing

Age - 28 to 32 years

Industry - FMCG companies like Pepsico, Nestle, ITC

Grads - IIM, MICA (Institute of Strategic Marketing and Communication)
