We are hiring for the position of Senior Manager Marketing with a Real Estate Group.

Education Qualification: MBA(From top B schools)

Experience Required: 8 To 11 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Leading and influencing a cross functional team and key stakeholders Leading the concept development process Leading conversationalist and revenue generation

- Branding/Positioning Strategy

- Marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation

- Preparing marketing budget and controlling the spend.

- Adept at Digital Marketing techniques like SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media campaigns etc

- Experience in luxury brand is preferable.

- Reporting and optimization of key performance metrics like conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, lead cost etc

- HNI and UHNI customer acquisition through non traditional channels and brand build across new platforms.
