Position Title : Senior Manager - Marketing - Personal Care / Beauty / Wellness

Division : Professional Products

Department : Marketing

Reports to : AGM Marketing

Location : Head Office, Mumbai

Key Relationships :

Internal : Sales, Education, Research, Packaging, Supply chain

External : Designers, Vendors

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the product launches and push growth of pillars products using market, consumer expertise and enhance consumer relationship.

- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue

- Develop product and category excellence

- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences

- Make recommendations to business on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo etc)

- Adapt communication material ( imagery, digital, point of sale)

- Collect and analyze consumer, market insights and competition strategies

- Manage PPP budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

Key Deliverable :

- Delivering top-line for the categories handled

- Creating and executing 360 marketing plans for the categories/brand

- Building the launch pipeline for 3 years

- Managing A&P for the categories

Technical Skill Set :

- Sensitivity to beauty

- Experience in managing beauty counselors / advisers

- Relationship orientation to manage distributors and achieve off-take-secondary sales and primary sales objectives

- Execution excellence and focus on having profitable counters

- Analytical

Team Size : 1 -2 direct reportees at managerial level

Education : MBA Marketing from a premier institute.

Experience : 6 - 10 years of total experience out of which minimum 5 years must be in brand marketing role.

- Key Competencies Experience in modern trade and fragrance or any luxury brands will be preferred

- Industry Source Preferably from FMCG industry
