About the role :

- We are seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Manager to be responsible for the operations team and functions supporting email communications, on-site banners, push communications, and reporting. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketing operations professional.

- As a member of the Marketing Operations Management, you are expected to take leadership for and manage the following:

Strategy :

1. Lead strategy and creation of the overall Marketing Operations roadmap to enhance efficiencies

2. Identify, prioritize and plan projects to reduce process inefficiencies in collaboration with marketing and technology team

People :

1. Build, manage, coach and develop a high performance, marketing operations team.

2. Define roles & responsibilities, performance targets and growth path of the team

3. Collaborate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and deployment of day to day and ad hoc tasks.

Operations :

1. Manage a team that builds and deploys marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and display with 100% accuracy per agreed SLAs

2. Manage a team that designs, monitors and analyzes operational performance metrics (KPIs) across channels (organic and paid) to provide decision making insights to the marketing team

3. Effectively manage campaign report planning, report analysis and regular updates to senior management on key performance metrics.

4. Evolve processes and performance metrics to be accountable for accurate deployment across all marketing operations.

5. Effectively manage project execution to ensure delivery of projects under cost and time estimates

Process :

1. Develop and maintain SOPs related to marketing operations for consistency and accuracy in execution.

2. Recognize potential issues, flag, investigate potential solutions and recommend solutions

3. Work closely with product to evolve bespoke tools and drive innovative solutions to deployments at scale.

4. Design and build governance structures/systems to ensure streamlined operations

We love for you to have :

Education : MBA with Marketing Specialization

Experience :

- 6-8 years of digital or email marketing operations required.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud email experience is a must.

- Google Analytics experience is a must.

- Experience in Excel/ Google sheets a must.

- Background in statistical analysis a plus

- Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations

- Excellent communication skills keeping team members and the Senior Director informed on status updates for projects

- Understanding of CRM and how to measure and manage program

- Experience executing and analyzing A/B tests. Comfortable in a rapid test & learn environment.

- Ability to form cross-functional relationships within the organization, particularly product development.

- This requires a collaborative spirit, compatible with company culture.

- Highly motivated and high level of initiative

- Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives

- Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and data manipulation skills

- Interest in style a plus
