Senior Manager - Marketing Mix Modelling - SAS/R/Business Analytics - BFS

Skills Requirement:

- In-depth understanding of Market Research

- Highly proficient in statistical modeling techniques and applications

- Exceptional knowledge of any statistical languages like SAS, R SPSS etc

- Exposure to various analytical solutions like MMM, Pricing, Forecasting, etc

- Highly proficient in project management

- Solid proficiency of decision making and problem resolution skills

- Passion for results with a challenger mind-set

- Capable of mentoring / coaching co-workers in order to promote out of the box thinking

- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and advanced excel skills

- Strong team management and leadership skills

- Strong communication skills

- Fluency in English and working knowledge of other language a plus

Experience :

- 7+ years of relevant experience

- PhD / M.Sc. / M.A - Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Sciences Or MBA in Marketing / specialized course in Business Analytics

Main Accountabilities :

- Provide delivery and Solutioning capability as a part of our consultant team in driving high quality results on custom project work.

- Ensure effective and timely delivery of project work

- Take accountability and propose initiatives and follow-through

- End to end management of projects / workload and lead to closure.

- Provide design solutions for custom analytics.
