One of the largest manufacturers of empty hard capsules in the world is looking for a Sr. Manager - Marketing with an experience of 10 years in brand management (industrial / pharmaceutical / consumer) and team management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To formulate, implement and manage marketing strategies and promotion activities

- To actively participate in new products- marketing initiatives by preparing marketing plan including market segmentation, target, positioning and communication strategies.

- To closely interact with Sales Heads and Corporate Marketing on required Marketing Solutions.

- To develop the marketing of the business through strategic insight and planning.

- To lead the knowledge development from a marketing perspective

- To devise and execute paper publishing in order to build a positive perception of the company.

Desired Profile :

Minimum Qualifications : MBA (Marketing)

Industry preference : Manufacturing

Minimum Experience : 8-13 years

Reporting to : VP (Sales & Marketing)
