Senior Manager - Marketing - Loyalty Management Firm

We have an opening for a Senior Manager- Marketing with a loyalty management firm based in Mumbai. The role reports into the VP - Marketing. Candidate in the role will be responsible for:

- Managing the digital marketing plan, vendors, strategy and implementation mainly search, social, video, email marketing, affiliates and other digital channels.

- Drive lower cost of customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital and viral marketing.

- Responsible for cross / upsell and retention strategies.

- Responsible for all marketing communications including branding, PR, advertising, market research, website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.

- Lead the design and production of all assets for marketing communication, advertising, digital content and event marketing

- Work closely with insights team to decipher insights for marketing

We are looking for candidates with 9-12 years experience in digital marketing. Candidate should have atleast 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing e-commerce firm for this role.
