- Set up clear marketing plan to align with sales plan to improve the business.

- Develop and manage the entire marketing team, 3 key departments.

- Digital & Social Media.

- PR & TPR.

- Channel marketing. (New Store, Product guide, POSM, GSB, kiosk, activities..etc )
