- You will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and fostering customer engagement across various channels. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop a dynamic marketing team, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, and develop a full stack marketing team including demand generation, event management, content, performance, and operations
- Develop an overall marketing strategy for acquiring new business and facilitating growth in existing accounts
- Set and track goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, conversion rates, budget allocation, ROI, market penetration, and product mix
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, conferences, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide essential collateral and tools for prospecting and closing deals
- Engage with external partners, to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the industry
- Create a product marketing plan (positioning, communication, ICPs, etc.) for new and existing products
- Track, surface, and share insights on competitive landscape shifts
- Partner closely with sales operations and engineering to build out our technology stack (CRM, marketing operations platform, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of B2B marketing experience
- 3+ years of managing a team
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience developing a marketing strategy and scaling a team at a high growth startup
- Previous experience with demand generation
