Senior Manager - Marketing - Account Based Marketing
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to key target accounts, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize high-value accounts through data analysis and segmentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create account-specific marketing plans and campaigns.
Customer Engagement Strategy:
- Craft and implement customer engagement programs designed to nurture and retain existing customers.
- Develop personalized messaging and content to enhance the customer experience at each touchpoint.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Utilize customer data to personalize marketing campaigns, offers, and communications.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and customer feedback.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content that resonates with target accounts and existing customers.
- Ensure that content aligns with the buyer's journey and supports ABM and customer engagement goals.
Multichannel Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.
- Customer Advocacy and Referral Programs:
- Develop and manage customer advocacy programs to identify and mobilize satisfied customers as advocates.
- Create referral programs to incentivize customers to refer new business opportunities.
Performance Measurement:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ABM and customer engagement efforts.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and ROI.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Foster strong collaboration with sales, customer support, and other relevant teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Share insights and feedback between marketing and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ABM and customer engagement marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing customer relationships.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ABM and customer engagement.
