Senior Manager - Marketing - Insurance

Following are the key deliverables of the job:

- Provide marketing communication support to Tied & help them increase productivity

- Responsible for Recruitment campaign, communications & tools for RDM and AA

- Product Launch in the distribution Channel i.e. life Advisors and market & drive new product sales

- Leverage Digital & drive LA level social selling in Agency Channel using various social Media platforms

- Provide marketing communication support to distribution excellence group.

- Marketing campaign to activate RDM and LA for cross salesin coordination with DEG team

- Develop distribution/customer facing paper/electronic contentsesp PPT/AVs/Films/Apps etc for digital initiatives by DEG

- Marketing Launch of various Distribution led Digital initiatives in close coordination with DEG team

- Work with Creative agency, Event/Activation agency and other vendors

- Provide sales support tools for need based easy selling by LA in close coordination with Training team

- Drive branch engagement activities in coordination with HR and Tied channel

- Optimise marketing collateral ordering system and ensure timely supply of the same

- Ensure Branch Signage are in perfect condition, repair/replace it as and well required

- Develop and execute branch Communication merchandising zone and ensure right & clutter free branch

- Keep a track on recruitment, sales and productivity performance of Tied Channel

- Provide sales and recruitment support to ZVPs for region specific need.

- Work on the Market research and other project assigned on system level

Followingare eligibility criteria :

- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing communication or client services or planner

- Full time MBA in Marketing
