Job Purpose :
- Develop and implement a product & brand marketing strategy for the organization and build brand preference. Co-create & execute the digital marketing roadmap for the entity.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Product & Brand Marketing :
- Lead the development of product marketing strategy and equip sales force with sales tools and product knowledge
- Drive implementation of brand strategy across various platforms
- Undertake category, consumer and distributor related research projects by administering employee/customer/distribution satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, analyze reports, present results and create value for the organization by leveraging the insights
- Assist in developing product marketing & positioning platforms, which help in generating focused and differentiated communication
- Understand product communication requirements and execute to agreed budgets and timelines
- Proactively look to scan the environment to input into the Product team on benefit related product propositions.
Digital marketing :- Drive the core brand proposition & strategy in digital/online space
- Website enhancement
- Build digital capabilities through SEO, SEM, UI development and build a social media strategy
- Assess feasibility of new opportunities in the digital arena to attract new customers to the company website
Customer Engagement :- Develop customer activation & engagement programs by extending the brand experience on-ground
- Enable understanding and awareness of the insurance category benefits amongst prospective customers through effective customer connect programs.
- Implement key customer communication programs and lead the roll out of the customer engagement annual plan.
- Proactively build strategies to ensure brand reach at all possible customer touch-points
Internal Communications :- Define and implement an internal communication agenda in line with the company philosophy and help in building a distribution led organization
Requirements :- Qualification : MBA
- Experience in customer management and insurance sector is preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing discipline and other allied disciplines such as advertising, consumer research, media, communications and PR etc.
- Good understanding of technology (digital media/social media/online sales) and its implications on the marketing domain and the overall business
- Financial understanding of P&L
- Robust understanding of research and customer segmentation tools
- Business acumen and appreciation of business at a broad level
