- MBA 6-12 years of Marketing experience. - Experience in Marketing Innovation function. - FMCG Industry experience preferably in Foods Category. - The incumbent will be custodian of marketing, innovation, and P&L management. - Responsible for driving consumer insights, building Go-to-Market strategy & marketing initiatives - Leading the innovation pipeline to develop consumer qualified marketing mix through new brands & product launches - Manage the innovation funnel stage gate process for key projects in line with business KPIs - Prepare a robust plan for NPD projects - Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver on the NPD funnel - Drive ownership and accountability for NPD projects - Develop the product specifications in consultation with the consumer insights, marketing, sales, packaging and the R&D teams - Lead the pilot launch for NPD in case of new products. Work closely with sales & category teams to see projects through to the market execution stage - Responsible for all marketing activities for the related Portfolio interaction with agency in product & communication development, promotions
