With a strong growth focused approach, our client is looking for a Marketing person to provide strategic support across all the business verticals in India.

Job Description : Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the marketing portfolio across the key Market segment

- Assessing customer spend, identifying detailed customer needs & how the company offerings can deliver added value;

- Developing detailed understanding of competitive positioning

- Building business blueprint to grow revenues and profitability across businesses through opportunities identification and prioritizing

- Responsible for the operating plan, pipeline and backup opportunities for the key accounts / segment

- Identifying growth areas for the Market segment - supporting commercial assessments evaluating strategic fit/ unmet needs, competitive offerings and driving internal realignment / NPI / NSIs & customer pilots

- Responsible for working with functional and P&L teams to structure, price, negotiate and close deals

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be an B.Tech/ B.E and an MBA from Tier-1 B- Schools with an experience of 10 -12 years.

- You will have an experience working for a business conglomerate or for a multinational company dealing with Industrial/ Engineering/ Manufacturing products.

- You will have a proven track record of success within Marketing and should have excellent communication skills.
