Sr. Marketing Professional for Brand
The Sr. Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing and Business head to develop & implement a plan that is in conjunction with the overall business plan of the brand
Exposure of 5 years in handling marketing communication plans with a fair degree of exposure in targeted marketing campaigns, activations, new media and digital assets
Candidates in fashion & Lifestyle, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom industries with B2C segment campaign handling experience.
Should possess a full time PG degree/ diploma in Marketing/ Fashion communication from the following B-schools
Marketing planning : Participate in creation of a marketing plan in line with the annual business plan for the Brand Marketing plan will span across mediums like- new media assets, Digital, Print, Outdoor, Direct marketing, CRM, Events & Activations, PR etc.
Manage the execution of the marketing plan in the most effective and timely manner
Keep an eye on the brand track/performance and other KPIs
Track competition marketing and manage innovative ideas as a leader in the category
Mall to footfall conversions through events, activities, promotions and innovative engagement ideas at the stores
Analyze customer recruitment & engagement patterns with the brand
Drive the Customer experience as per brand definition & parameters & constantly monitor the KPIs
Create a brand saliency amongst the existing customers by driving and maintaining the RFM KPIs as per target defined
Evaluate new media options for customer engagement and experience at the point of sales
Customer Acquisition & Engagement
Must haves :
Regular MBA from tier 1 MBA schools.
Excellent Communication skills
Presentable, Go getter and highly energetic individual
