Senior Manager - Marketing - FMCG

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute communications plan for on-going marketing activities through different content formats- influencer marketing and different formats of video content marketing

- Develop and maintain platform-specific content strategy for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

- Drive reach, engagement and other social media metrics regularly

- Strategize and execute various marketing communication activities like email marketing, routine social media management, content marketing, etc.

- Drive effective internal communication along with relevant stakeholders (human resources, employee engagement teams)

- Strategize, execute, evaluate and optimize lead generation campaigns

- Manage and execute effective email marketing campaigns for driving critical business KPIs

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5-6 years of marketing communications background

- Understanding of marketing channels like video marketing, social media, email campaigns

- Preferred experience of paid marketing campaigns
