Senior Manager - Marketing - FMCG

We have an urgent job opportunity with a leading FMCG client.

Designation: Senior Manager Marketing

Location: Bangalore

- Build strategies in alignment with business strategies for the right marketing of the brands

- Responsible for taking necessary action to the tracked, analyzed and proposed actions from different consumer understating initiatives given by brand managers.

- Responsible for deciding the packaging and communication strategy/ finalizing the agency and making sure smooth working/ ensure strategy for alignment of comprehensive packaging

- Responsible for Above-the-line (ABL) - (TV, Print, Outdoor) Agency briefings & creative development film (briefing, development, production, testing) ; Below-the-line (BTL) execution - Promotions/ activities/POS development

- Responsible for strategizing ATL inputs in line with channel/ RTM / BTL initiatives and on the respective brands

- Responsible for tracking trends in competing environment

- Responsible for proper planning of new product portfolio development

- Managing team of Brand Managers to ensure smooth working of the portfolio of different brands
