Role Description : Designation : Senior Manager Location : Bangalore Unit : Marketing Effectiveness (Media and Digital) Main Accountabilities : - Maintain a client service orientation. Manage day-to-day administration of client service / sales activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects. - Enable fulfillment of client deliverable - Questionnaire preparation / Information area coverage as per proposal - Fielding of the same - Analysis Plan; Analysis and Interpretation - Presentation of findings - Understand and implement all internal processes - Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date client business profiles to be shared with senior management - Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc. - Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards - Drive sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations - Be the organization's face in growing our Media &amp; Digital footprint with - Media, Digital Retail and Publishers - Work on the organization's leading edge Digital Resonance Solutions - Apart from project work for you set of client also be directly accountable business growth and pipeline build up for one of the Media &amp; Digital team in Bangalore Typical Position Pre-requisites : - Full-time MBA with 5 to 7 years- experience in Media (Print/TV/Outdoor/Radio), Digital, Technology, Telecom, Entertainment &amp; Online Retail industries (of which at least 2 years should be in a market research agency) - preferably experience in Custom Market Research - Sound understanding of Market Research concepts - Strong Client Focus and Pro-activeness to build client connections and network - To be at ease in dealing with many ongoing conversations with variety of clients - Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis - Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies - Understanding and experience of online retail services
