Key Responsibilities:
- Brand custodian with the eventual goalpost of making the organization a preferred - brand of choice- across all the underlying categories/ university schools
- Developing and driving the overall brand and marketing communications calendar with high quality creative and business impact. Responsible for ATL, BTL brand campaigns, media planning & buying, product category marketing communication, internal brand buzz and other tactical sales focused marketing initiatives.
- Effectively support sales/enrolments and other units such as CR/B2B sales & CS, campus stakeholders/schools with high quality collaterals, communication support and go to market packs etc
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- PG /MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Mass comm
- Minimum 10+ years of sales operations and business development experience required with commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills required.
