Senior Manager - Marketing - eCommerce Startup

This is regarding Job opening for - Sr. Manager- Marketing- with one of the start ups in eCommerce for their Mumbai location.

Job Description :

- To research, in conjunction with the Product/Domain/Area heads with Regional sales managers and teams to create marketing campaigns that fulfill strategic plans on both a sector and business stream level.

- Integrate full service product portfolio plans with Annual operating plans and execution of these using CRM, E Marketing and digital marketing tools.

- Ensure that marketing and go-to-market launch plans are tuned to the integrated value proposition of the business streams, working with customer intelligence, sales colleagues and the business stream to create a compelling customer journey, increasing average revenue per customer following the Annual Marketing calendar.

- Driving lead generation activity in India through the development of marketing campaigns, and tracking results to inform future plans working closely with Sales teams

- Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.

Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Identify opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans for assigned portfolio

- Develop effective content for marketing campaigns for India and sharing across India. Examples include brochures, case studies, website copy, PR, Video & eShots, etc

- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.

- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales teams

- Produce Sales tools - presentations, webinars, proposals etc. Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. Deliver presentations at events, to customers and industry groups in India & Abroad.

- Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.
