The opening is with a leading Manufacturing Company for their office in Mumbai.

Sr Manager - E-commerce (Head the ECommerce department)

Location - MUMBAI - Andheri (Marol)

- Heading the Ecommerce and Digital Department.

- Handling the Ecommerce strategies and Responsible for P&L of entire E-commerce business

- Manage product listings and business on marketplaces such as amazon, flipkart, etc.

- Manage company's online store Manage end-to-end logistics of orders Liaise and manage logistics providers, customer service call centre

- Head the Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Performance, Functionality to positively impact eCommerce efforts

- Internet marketing including social media integration

- Ownership and management of Technical Infrastructure, SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies

- Direct and manage internal and external teams

- Provide SEO/SEM/PP C and Internet Marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives

- Understand the Key Business Drivers for this channel and manage channel forecasts.

- An in depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google

- Ability to compile and analyse search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.

- Understanding of Internet Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth
