Opportunity with a leading eCommerce Company for Senior Manager - Marketing role.

- Looking for marketing leader to lead category marketing initiatives.

- The leader will play a critical role in introducing Company's categories to Indian consumers and making it a household brand in India.

- To achieve this objective, the leader will need to understand Company's vision and strategic plans and define a suitable long-term marketing strategy that spans across multiple channels, and will also work actively with product teams helping them define the Go to Market plans for all new categories, features, and business may launch in the future.

- The ideal candidate will not only have a vision on marketing this property but will also be focused on the details - devising and executing individual campaigns, working with channel managers, creative and media agencies, and category teams.

- Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day metrics and health of all marketing channels and will be single point of contact for all operational matters related to the company's website traffic.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed Institue

- Total 12+ years of experience and relevant 8+ years - experience in marketing

- Seeking strong leaders in People Management

- End-to-end program management experience

- Familiarity with digital marketing. This may include experience managing email marketing, display advertising, social media and website content management projects, among other areas.

- Experience in analyzing data for the greatest return on invested time and resources

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment & Superior verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to take full ownership of areas of responsibility, not merely respond to requests and take direction, but anticipate and solve for problems that haven't yet occurred, imagine improvements and innovations, and implement solutions autonomously

- Ability to capture, measure, and interpret relevant data and take appropriate action as a result

- Experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager

- Experience managing complexity in both large companies as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations
