Senior Manager - Marketing (Design PSU)

Job Role:

- This role will be responsible for working in the Market and will require someone to study the various opportunities within the design and R&D business of defense PSU's and convert them into orders.

- The candidate should have strong business acumen to manage sales for Defense PSU such as BEL, BDL LRDE etc. It also includes working closely with customers to identify new opportunities to expand various organizational capabilities in line with market trends.

Key responsibilities:

- Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques with Excellent Communication skills.

- Monitoring and analyzing market trends by studying competitors' products and services.

- Identifying target markets and developing product/marketing strategies.

- Preparing and managing marketing plans.

- Procurement procedures, DPP and managing the production of promotional material.

- Liaising with other internal departments such as production and distribution to produce reports for monitoring results.

- Presenting findings and suggestions to Company directors / Senior management.

- Travelling to trade shows, Conferences and Sales meetings.
