Monitor implementation of the marketing strategy as per plan. Supporting all the branding initiatives for the product line including advertising and media relations.  Job Responsibility:  - Assist Head, Marketing in preparing the annual marketing budget in line with the overall business objectives and ensure adherence to the same   - Formulate the media promotion strategy for promotion of products by recommending an optimum mix of media channels and media buying   - Translate corporate strategy/ plans into financial/ bottom-line impact through effective marketing and promotions of products  - Identify, shortlist and decide upon parameters for finalization of agencies  - Interface with advertising / communication agencies to execute branding, promotion/advertising campaigns and ensure adequate coverage of the events in the concerned media space   - Review and provide inputs to agencies at regular intervals on their work performance  - Content development and creative planning to execute the advertising plans in line with the overall marketing strategy of business:  a) Lead the preparation of marketing content and material for communication   b) Lead the design of communication collateral, posters, advertisements, presentation templates and other material required for an effective sales pitch   - Ensure centrality of communication through effective brief writing, messaging, and media development plans  - Develop and implement processes to capture market information and changing customer preferences, analyse them and highlight key trends and their impact on MIL  - Devise communication plans to reach and tap the last mile in the value chain, and design governance mechanisms to ascertain the effectiveness of the same  - Understand cost trends on various collaterals, translate it into efficient budget spends and management  - Establish and deploy service level agreements with various vendors and service providers   - Work in close coordination with the Sales Team for taking their inputs and feedback for building improvements in the planned Marketing strategy  - Survey the global environment to identify best practices in the areas of media and PR strategies, and evaluate feasibility of implementing the same in MIL  Sanjay Sharma  Assistant Manager Resourcing  DID : +91-11-65000857  Mobile: +91-9250003505
