- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build the Corporate Brand as a premium and aspirational brand across industry and talent market
- Plan and implement disruptive marketing interventions
- Ensure a strong and consistent brand message across communication channels
- Ensure participation and primetime visibility at industry events
- Conduct industry events to generate sales leads
- Ensure prime participation at seminars, talk-shows, roundtables, conferences, guest lectures meant for our target audience
- Draft press releases and ensure their visibility in prime media channels (Newspapers ToI, ET, BT, Fortune, Forbes etc., business channels ETNow, CNBC-TV18 etc.)
- Prepare marketing collateral, including corporate presentations
- Leverage industry associations (NASSCOM, CII, AmCham, ASSOCHAM etc.) to enhance brand presence and visibility
- Follow up on leads generated at industry events
- Collaborate across functions and geographies for maximum impact of business and media events
- Network with industry associations, media and communication professionals, academic (Top Tech Institutes and B-Schools) and research institutes, entrepreneurship and incubation cells
- Plan, prepare, manage and track ROI for the marketing budgets and spending

Requirements
- Excellent communication (oral and written English) and networking skills
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Marketing (Over all facets of marketing, brand management, public relations etc.)
- An enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong expertise in handling marketing agencies as well as events and campaign management experience
- Good commercial and negotiations skills
- Strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Excellent presentation skills (Advanced MS Office skills)
- Must be a self-starter: ability to work well independently with a high level of accountability for revenue growth and managing real/virtual teams as required
- Collaboration & Influence: ability to successfully influence and bring together internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
- Creativity/Innovation: Generate new and innovative approaches to marketing problems.
- Be open to trying new ideas and adopting new ways of doing things
