The Company :
Our client is one of the largest customer loyalty firms of the country with a customer base of more than 30 million customers. The company engages with the customers via all mediums: online, offline and on the move and are able to provide customized coverage to them.
The Role :
Based out of Delhi NCR, you will be a part of a growing team and be hands on with the marketing analytics techniques. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Use statistical techniques like segmentation, clustering and CHAID analysis to target the customer base effectively
- Generate insights based from data to understand the consumer behavior
- Lead analytics projects to identify the most effective marketing channels
- Determine the effectiveness of campaigns against the objectives that were set
- Be the face for the organization to interact with all the clients and present strategies to them
As a Successful Applicant you should have :
- MBA from Tier 1 institute like IIM A,B,C,K,L
- 4 to 5 years of consulting experience in retail domain
- Hands On with statistical techniques like segmentation, clustering, decision trees, CHAID etc.
- Proficiency in SAS/R, MS Excel and SQL
- An excellent problem solving approach
- Very good communication and presentation skills
