Senior Manager - Marketing Analytics - Banking Domain

The Company :

The Role :

Based out of Gurgaon, your client will be a leading multinational bank.

Responsible for managing a team of 8-10 people you will have to :

- Use historic and current data to understand the client commercial portfolio

- Understand the customer base

- Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives and measure performance of each initiative against objectives

- Derive analytical solutions and present them to relevant stakeholders

- Lead and drive the team while showing consistent commitment towards strategic business objectives

The Successful Applicant :

- A tenured Senior Manager or an experienced manager with team leading experience

- 7+ years of experience in the financial services domain with solid expertise in statistical techniques

- Experience in team leading in current organization

- Experience in working with analytics in financial services sector

- Excellent understanding of statistical concepts with knowledge of SAS and SQL etc.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with clients
