Designation : Senior Manager
Reporting To : DGM - Digital & PR Communications
Summary of the position:
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting brand managers with both consumer and trade focused media marketing efforts that drive our product campaigns and key activations. He / she will be lead the development and execution of media plans for online, offline, e-commerce and our consumer loyalty technology platform. The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach to planning, be digital first and have a proven track record in delivering business results through an omni-channel strategy.
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the growth, development, execution & measurement of omni-channel strategy (offline and online) across the portfolio of brands and key initiatives.
- Annual Integrated Media Plan (ATL & Digital) to deliver on business objectives and aligned to ABP/AOP
- Campaign Planning including strategy, competition mapping, consumer insights, budget allocations, support in creatives.
- Own strategic direction, implementation, performance measurement & evolution of consumer programs throughout the consumer journey.
- To work closely with brand managers in identifying and recruiting influencers for campaigns and managing them end-to-end from identification, briefing, amplification to reporting with agency.
Work with agency partners to map best-in-class practices, content & community strategies for each brand.
- Oversee in-season campaign storytelling strategy (cadence, positioning & execution) to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Manage full marketing lifecycle of member engagement activities, to include ideation, planning, implementation, optimization & success measurement.
- Develop consumer segmentation & benefits strategies that provide the most relevant, timely & impactful program experiences.
Work with technology team to ensure the success of our loyalty program app, merch store and corporate website.
- Develop & execute a media strategy to deliver on app download & active user targets.
- Develop & execute a media strategy to deliver on revenue & performance marketing targets for the companies shop.
- Own the revamp and maintenance of company website and deliver a media strategy to achieve traffic targets.
- Work closely with the content team on performance testing of assets and deliver optimization strategies.

- Brand awareness scores: TOM, Spont + overall (pan-India + market wise):
- Total reach achieved per month
- Consumer engagement especially important for digital campaigns
- Effective media mix for promotion and cost per reach
- ROI on campaigns basis sales data
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Monthly / Weekly cadence with team
Qualification and Skill Set
- 7+ Years of experience
- Management Graduate
- Analytical with a proven track record in delivering results across online, offline, e-commerce and technology i.e. apps.
