Position for Senior Manager Market Research

Qualifications: Post graduation

Experience: 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities

- Providing the top management with reports and value-added analysis on new business opportunities on entire gamut of asset classes

- Being abreast with latest developments in the real estate sector to enable the management to decide on strategic initiatives.

- Tracking industry deals and sharing with the management in a timely manner.

- Collecting data, analysing and presenting it from primary data/secondary sources including leading/co-ordinating research and surveys to enable informed decision-making on products and markets. Formulation of product specs across asset classes.

- Financial feasibility of projects and businesses including best use study of land parcels. Identifying risks and formulating mitigation strategies Preparation of notes for senior leadership for deal approval.

Functional Skills - 

- Financial models for real estate deals

- Competition mapping throughs secondary and primary research

- Micromarket assessment for price and velocity

- Negotiation skills
