Senior Manager - Market Research - Real Estate Developer

Position for Senior Manager Market Research

Primary Responsibilities : 

- Providing the top management with reports and value added analysis on new business opportunities on entire gamut of asset classes - eg. executive housing/student housing, coworking, warehousig, commmercial, residential, industrial etc.

- Being abreast with latest developments in the real estate sector to enable the management to decide on strategic initiatives. Tracking industry deals and sharing with the management in a timely manner.

- Collecting data, analysing and presenting it from primary data/secondary sources including leading/co-ordinating research and surveys to enable informed decision-making on products and markets. Formulation of product specs across asset classes.

- Financial feasibility of projects and businesses including best use study of land parcels. Identifying risks and formulating mitigation strategies Preparation of notes for senior leadership for deal approval.

- Secondary Responsibilities: Sourcing of land deals
