Senior Manager - Market Access Strategy (Leading MNC Pharma Company)
Role:
- Identify opportunities to unlock access barriers at state and central level
- Understand the Indian health system pathway and identify best practices to issues/themes, develop disease pathway insights (prevention, diagnosis, therapy, follow-up) and understand funding barriers and drivers and develop innovative measures to address funding barriers
- Support state-wise teams to develop access strategy for the state
- Develop collaborations to the benefit of the patient, with service providers, with regulators and payers etc., monitor and educate media
- Actively engage in special projects revolving around Financing Programs, Business Development Opportunities, Medical Infrastructure Projects, Pharmacoeconomics, Health Care Technology Assessment etc. assigned from time to time
- Build strong connect and working relationships with Internal stakeholders to drive collaboration across key projects
Requirements:
- MBA/ Masters Degree with 5-9 yrs of experience in a Pharma Company in a market access role, or in a consulting firm in healthcare consulting, or in an Impact Investing Firm or in a development consulting firm or in Industry Bodies
- Knowledge of Indian Healthcare system including health policy & pharmaceutical industry dynamics
- Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques as well as statistical/mathematical analysis tools
- Should have strategic agility to diagnose and identify access problems and come up with possible solutions
- Ability to influence cross functional teams and engaging with external partners
- Negotiation skills
- Project Management Skills
