Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager in Manufacturing Quality to join our team in the Digital Automation & Energy Management industry. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes meet the highest quality standards, leveraging digital automation technologies and focusing on energy management efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures leveraging digital automation tools and technologies to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals in the context of digital automation and energy management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and technology, to integrate quality control measures into automated processes and optimize energy usage.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities using digital tools and analytics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Manage supplier quality programs with a focus on energy-efficient components and technologies, including supplier audits and performance evaluations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics generated through digital automation systems to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization and energy savings.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans leveraging digital analytics to address quality issues and improve energy management efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices in manufacturing quality management and energy management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least [6] years of experience in manufacturing quality management, preferably in the Digital Automation & Energy Management industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital automation technologies, energy management systems, quality management systems, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards).
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects with a focus on digital transformation and energy efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analytics and digital tools to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a focus on digital communication platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the Digital Automation & Energy Management industry (e.g., IoT, Industry 4.0, energy efficiency standards).
