Job Description :

- BE/B.Tech from Tier I Institutes only

- Responsible for Production operations - manpower, electricity, deep freezer

- Ensure Productivity report, yield report, audit report & commissary scorecard

- Equipment availability - PMS compliance and unplanned down time

- MTTR vs targets to be ensured

- Budget controls as per actual budget

- Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO quality standards

- Ensuring the statutory compliance, OHSAS certifications and FSSC compliance

- Ensuring good manufacturing practices

- Drive projects of six sigma, sparrow and EMS

- Managing operations and manpower management
