Senior Manager - Manufacturing Excellence

Role Requirements:

- Identify manufacturing supply chain process improvements to mitigate cost challenges and improve gross margins specifically for Home and Hardline (H&H) product types.

- Refer to JD for additional details.

- Identify "should cost" for products based on actual costs and market intelligence through a base of manufacturing process knowledge

- Break down current products into component parts to analyze alternative component opportunities

- Identify base cost data sources and work with stakeholders on how to collect, store, and analyze data, creating data libraries

- Initiate, lead, coordinate, facilitate and drive M.E. engagements/projects in the India sub-continent region COPs (Countries of Production) to improve product costs, based on identified opportunities,

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support product or process changes needed to drive cost improvement

- Be able to operate independently of direct Leader by building relationships with local Sourcing, PSQA, and RS Teams (our internal stakeholders) to support their needs, and Vendor and Factory business partners (external stakeholders) to enable their continuous cost improvement work, Identify internal roadblocks to manufacturing supply chain process efficiency, and work with internal stakeholders to eliminate or minimize roadblock impacts

- Continuously improve the cost engineering process and tools for identifying product cost improvement opportunities to ensure maximum ROI from engagements/projects

- Support Apparel & Accessories cost improvement where needed

- Develop and deliver learning and development tools for manufacturing supply chain elevation including product and process improvement methodologies

- Provide training in cost improvement tools, techniques and methodologies for internal and external stakeholders
