Position : Sr Manager/ Manager - Taxation

Location : Mumbai

Report to : General Manager - F&A

Qualification : Must complete CA

Candidates from (edible oils/dairy etc)

- Preferred from Agri but not compulsory

- Heading the tax function of all Agri businesses (MSSL, MUPL and MHZPC).

Direct Tax - Should have good exposure & experience of income tax calculations, deferred tax accounting, tax returns filing, TDS compliances, foreign remittances processing, tax audit handling, tax assessments, appeals, Appellate Matters, transfer pricing audit and employee taxation.

Indirect Tax : Good Awareness of Compliances, Registrations, Returns, Assessments and Appeals.

- Should be able to generate ideas for tax savings to the companies. Should be able to inform and implement changes in taxation matters as may be applicable from time to time.

- Should have good communication skills both oral and written.
